Please read the following carefully. Your use of the just-ladders.co.uk web site and purchase of the products on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shopping At Just Ladders
You can Order Products in the following ways:

When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details.

Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then pick and despatch your order. This will be within 24 hours on weekdays, or up to 48 if place an order on a weekend day.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via telephone or email as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a delay if we have aready picked and despatched your order. If an Order is cancelled any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Pricing & Delivery
The price for each Product is shown on just-ladders.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 15%.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. There is also a link to delivery rates on each of our product pages.

All orders are despatched via DHL 48 hour courier within 48 hours of being placed. Once despatched you will receive a second email from us. Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt of this email to receive your order.

Payment & Security
We accept debit and credit card payments, either online or by telephone. All online orders are processed by HSBC merchant services and are both encrypted and insured. Telephone orders are also processed by HSBC merchant services.

Privacy and Data Policy
Just-ladders.co.uk makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises not to disclose any information collected about you to a third party.

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us by telephone (on 0800 316 6390 ) or email (orders@leofric.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return Products. If you are returning a faulty product we will happily refund or replace it and pay carriage costs. If you are returning an unwanted product we will ask you to pay carriage costs and will refund you upon receipt of the goods.
